Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KIRU website, making reservations, or ordering from our Mass Avenue location in Indianapolis, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of Services
Our services include online reservations, takeout and delivery ordering, and in-restaurant dining. You agree to provide accurate information when making reservations or placing orders. You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at our discretion.
Account Terms
If you create an account with KIRU, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order or upon completion of your meal, unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated. Prices are subject to change and may vary for in-restaurant orders.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or restrictions on future bookings. For group reservations or special events, different terms may apply.
Limitation of Liability
KIRU and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order or reservation.
