The Souvenir Bar
A travel journal in liquid form.
Every sake and cocktail on this list is a memento from somewhere our chef has been. The drink menu is a travel journal — each item has an origin story that connects to a place, a person, or a moment. The bar isn’t an afterthought. It’s a co-star with the food.
Smoke Signal

Tastes like a campfire you'd actually want to sit next to. Named for the way news travels in the Indy food scene.
Lost in Translation

Based on a drink our chef had at a standing bar near Shin-Osaka station at 11pm. He missed the last train. Worth it.
Fog on the Canal

Named for the walk home from the canal on a fall night in Indy. Cold air, warm drink, nowhere you need to be.
Bangkok After Dark
$15Rum, Coconut, Lemongrass, Thai Chili, Lime
A street stall in Bangkok. A drink that was either genius or an accident. We've been trying to recreate it ever since. This is close.
Untitled No. 7
$10Bourbon, Black Sesame Orgeat, Orange Bitters, ???
It's not done. But it's close. And it's $10 while we figure it out. Tell us what you think. Seriously.
Light & Bright
Dewazakura Oka Cherry Bouquet
$14 / $48A ginjo that smells like spring in a place you've never been. Our chef tried this at a tiny bar in Osaka on a Tuesday and spent the rest of the week trying to find more. Delicate, fruity, gone before you want it to be.
Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Junmai
$12 / $42Clean, precise, like cold water from a mountain stream. Pairs with literally everything on the menu. The Swiss army knife of sake.
Rich & Layered
Tedorigawa Yamahai Junmai

Masumi Okuden Kantsukuri
$14 / $48Warm and round with notes of chestnut and dried fruit. Best served slightly warm. The bartender will get the temperature right.
Something Different

Nanbu Bijin Shinpaku
