The Chef’s Table is where KIRU gets personal. Eight seats at the bar. Seven courses chosen by the chef based on what’s best today — the fish that arrived this morning, the seasonal ingredient he’s been thinking about all week, the technique he learned in a kitchen halfway around the world.
There is no printed menu. You sit down. You watch. You eat what the kitchen gives you. Every course comes with a story — where the fish is from, why this plate was chosen, what the chef was thinking when he put it together.
It is the most intimate dining experience in Indianapolis. And it is, without question, the best way to experience what KIRU can do.

The Chef’s Table menu changes nightly. Please inform us of dietary restrictions or severe allergies when booking. We can accommodate most dietary needs with advance notice. The chef appreciates adventurous eaters.
